Meditation through photography, art & design is in response to mindfulness and wellbeing. Creative practice in its many guises is my life; I am an artist, art educator, author and speaker. My work is varied and as eclectic as the world we live in; my inspiration is taken from life's natural rhythms and patterns as I journey through. I have a curiosity for the unknown and ask the question, what if? I love to collect objects and have an affinity with anything that is old, odd and borrowed; I find there is an untold beauty within the found object – so flea markets are my heaven.
